WARRANTY
At Affordable Appliance Solutions, it is our mission to provide our customers with quality refurbished household appliances, at a great price.
We offer a complimentary 6 month warranty with all of our appliances, to ensure that our products continue to function at their best capability within your home. Warranty services are limited to addresses within 30 miles of our location: 1051 South Main Street, Suite 6 in Elmira, NY, 14904.
We offer extended warranties upon request.
DELIVERY AND INSTALLATION
Did you purchase an appliance from us and need it delivered? We've got you covered!
Our starting delivery rate is $30 for an appliance delivered to any Elmira address or within 10 miles of our shop.
For an address more than 10 miles from our shop, $2 per mile after the first 10 miles, will be added to the $30 starting rate.
Our installation rate is $30 per appliance, regardless of the delivery address.
* All washer installations include water and drain lines free of charge.
* Electric dryer installations include the correct power chord free of charge.
SERVICE CALL - In Home Appliance Repair
Do you have an appliance in your home that's not functioning properly? We can help!
We offer in home repairs of washers, gas and electric dryers, gas and electric range ovens, refrigerators and residential freezers, even if you didn't purchase it from us.
Our service call fee for any Elmira address is $59.95+tax. This price includes the inspection of a single appliance ONLY. Parts and labor costs will be added to your invoice after a diagnosis is made. We will provide you with a quote for your final cost of repair and confirm you would like to continue with our services before any changes are made to your invoice.
Service call rates for destinations outside of Elmira vary, contact us for a quote!

IN SHOP APPLIANCE REPAIR
Do you want to save EVEN MORE on the repair of your appliance? Drop it off!
We offer repairs at a discounted rate for appliances brought to our shop for repair, such as washers, gas and electric dryers, gas and electric range ovens, refrigerators and residential freezers.
Our diagnosis fee for an in shop repair is $30 for a single appliance. Once a diagnosis is made, we will contact you with a quote before completing any repairs. We will store customer appliances for pick up for up to 30 days once the repair is complete .
